If you cast your mind back a few months, you might remember we posted details on the latest supercar from Ultima Sports limited – the Ultima Evolution Coupe.
The British sports car manufacturer has now released its first promotional video featuring the lightweight ‘Evolution’ as it tears up the twisting roads that line the Peak District.
The range topping version of this road legal supercar packs a monstrous supercharged Chevrolet LS V8 that delivers 1020bhp and 920ftlbs torque, and has a power to weight ratio of over 1050bhp/ton.
The Evolution Coupe is capable of propelling itself from 0-60mph in a time of just 2.3secs, 0-100mph in 4.9secs and 0-150mph taking a mere 8.9 seconds.
Weighing in at just 950kg and with a top speed of 240mph, the Ultima Evolution Coupe is a serious contender on paper.
The car comes in kit form or can be pre-assembled for customers, with prices starting at £38,000 for a 350bhp Evolution in kit form, or £65,995 for a factory built version.
