A new Lexus F model is set to be revealed at the 2014 North American International Auto Show in Detroit in January.
Although Lexus have yet to confirm this, the car will reportedly be an F badged LFA, based on the RC Coupe that was displayed at the Tokyo Motor Show earlier this year.
Lexus say that the car has been “engineered from scratch and that the new addition to the F portfolio promises to deliver performance synonymous with Lexus’s heritage of F-designated performance models.”
The car displayed at Tokyo had two engine options available, one with the RC300h hybrid, which mates an electric motor with a 2.5-litre engine and the other RC350 that was powered by a 3.5-litre V6.
Lexus say more details will be released soon so I’ll be sure to keep you all updated.
