Ferrari F40 – The Ultimate Race Car

This video from XCar takes a fascinating look at Ferrari mechanic and car enthusiast John Pogson of Italia Autosport.
His passion for cars was first ignited when he began working at a Lancia garage. After working for Lancia for a brief period, John was offered a position at a local Ferrari dealership and was sent complete his training at the Ferrari factory in Italy.
As time passed by at the dealership, he decided it was time go at it alone and so started his own business – Italia Autosport.
Through his work in his Ferrari specialist garage, John was offered the chance to race various Ferrari’s throughout his career. He run’s one of the country’s most successful independent Ferrari racing teams, having secured seven British Championship titles.
I have to say I really like this video as it encompasses so many of the things that I love about cars… Ferrari’s, racing, building and fixing cars and a man who is clearly a true petrol head and has had a very interesting life in the automotive world.
