A man is to appear in court today charged with stealing a rare Nissan Skyline GT-R, thought to worth around £47,000 .
The 31-year-old was arrested and charged following the theft of a Nissan Skyline GT-R car during a break-in to a house in Livingston last Wednesday.
Owner Andy Graham was devastated after his pride and joy was stolen from his home and even offered a £10,000 reward for the return of the vehicle .
Graham, 29, said the theft had left him “devastated and heartbroken”.
After sharing his plight on social media, thousands of car fans took up his appeal to share details of the car and report any sightings.
The appeal for information was shared thousands of times on Facebook , Twitter and car forums in just 24 hours.
On Friday – Police Scotland confirmed the car had been found in London. It had been traced thanks to tip off from social media and the assistance of the Metropolitan Police.
